Sugguestions for marathon running and training in Japan

I am registered to run my first Marathon ever this November at Fuji San Marathon. Looking for information to make sure the run is as smooth as possible.

Where in Tokyo is good for long runs?

What brands of nutritions and drinks are the best to take during the race?

How to deal with the fall weather?

Or any general advise for Marathon.

Any tip from seasoned runners is welcome.
