Costco has whole turkeys and boney salmons. But not turkey breast only, or boneless salmon.
My (American) coach wants me eating 8oz of turkey and 8oz of salmon for two of my meals. We worked together in America and he's doing my diet even while I'm working here, prepping for a competition next year. I can swap chicken breast for turkey but can't really compromise more than that, and turkey is ideal.
Deboning the salmon every day is a huge pain in the ass and no matter how careful I am I still get a mouth full of bones every time :X
I have a case freezer and can buy a ton of meat at once if that makes it easier to obtain.
