Complicated family trip: Avoiding JAL one-way ticket usury?

I (and the wife and baby) want to fly JAL for a weekend to Korea. My wife and the babber will stay longer to visit family and such, and I'll leave on Sunday of the weekend I showed up.

How should I book this damn ticket? A one-way ticket (however we slice it) is 5x more expensive, and of course I can't pick diverging tickets in a single booking on JAL's website. Can JALPAK's travel agents do a booking like this if we show up in person?

(I am not asking about single-parent travel letters, unaccompanied child etc…just want to figure out how to do a "one sub-party leaves later" ticket)
