Hi, I was wondering if anyone might be able to help identify something for me. I attended a cooking class in Tokyo and the instructor had used a particular spray to disinfect our knives and chopping board a few minutes before we cut into our raw fish. I assumed it was a common household item since he didn't bother introducing it to us. I had asked about it briefly at that time, but he couldn't quite explain it though I think it may have been made from vegetables?? Obviously all natural. Is anyone familiar with this type of spray? Couldn't quite find it on Google. Thanks!
