Canadian working in japan paying tax

I am a Canadian working temporarily in Japan for 3 month. My company is deducting 20% tax on my income even though I am earning less than 2.4 million Yen a year. Not sure how the tax system work here, but it seems like I should get tax at 10% from the website. https://www.jetro.go.jp/en/invest/setting_up/laws/section3/page7.html

The income is directly wired to my Canada bank on a monthly base.

Just wondering can I claim the foreign tax credit that I paid in Japan when I file tax return back in Canada? Or should I??? Will I have to pay for double tax if I file the tax return??? Or do I have pay slightly more for the difference???

Thanks
