Sean Hannity: A president under FBI investigation would present "a major Constitutional crisis" pic.twitter.com/KwdAk4zpjP— Media Matters (@mmfa) March 21, 2017
Fox News host Sean Hannity used to feel very differently about FBI investigations and presidents.
When Hillary Clinton was running for the presidency, Hannity claimed the probe into her private email server would create a “major constitutional crisis” and prevent her from doing the job if she won the election, as a clip from his Oct. 31, 2016 broadcast shows.
Hannity has been singing a different tune lately.
While Hannity celebrated FBI director James Comey’s probe of Clinton, his most recent Fox News column said the agency’s investigation of possible ties between Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia has “fueled alt-left conspiracy theories.”
