I (M23) moved here about a year and a half ago to be an ALT. I eat kyushoku, school lunch most days and not a huge amount for dinner. I am partial to getting takeaways though.
I was just wondering if people have indeed lost weight since coming here and what EXACTLY do you eat during the day? Did you make a conscious decision to lose weight or did it just happen?
I know I'm not the most healthy guy and I'm not exactly fat, but certainly fat for Japanese standards. Thanks
