What happens when you have never paid health insurance and the pension in Japan and then switch to Shakai Hoken?

Basically I have lived in Japan for a number of years and have never paid the pension or any health insurance. From the middle of next month I will start a new job where they will sign me up to Shakai Hoken. I am expecting a lot financial and bureaucratic pain.

I have three questions relating to this:

What is going to happen?

How much will I have to back pay?

Is there any way to avoid back payment by exploiting some bureaucratic loophole?

I will be changing prefectures to start my new job if that is of any significance.

I am just curious to know if there is any way to get around back payment, particularly if I am going onto Shakai Hoken.
